Using the zip or rar file
1.Download V5ToV4Error.dll
2.Extract V5ToV4Error.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract V5ToV4Error.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting V5ToV4Error.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract V5ToV4Error.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place V5ToV4Error.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 V5ToV4Error.dll and press Enter.
