Using the zip or rar file
1.Download VEAExportToYoutube.dll
2.Extract VEAExportToYoutube.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract VEAExportToYoutube.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting VEAExportToYoutube.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract VEAExportToYoutube.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place VEAExportToYoutube.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 VEAExportToYoutube.dll and press Enter.
