Using the zip or rar file
1.Download VS7Tab.dll
2.Extract VS7Tab.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract VS7Tab.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting VS7Tab.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract VS7Tab.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place VS7Tab.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 VS7Tab.dll and press Enter.
