Using the zip or rar file
1.Download VcsUpdate.dll
2.Extract VcsUpdate.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract VcsUpdate.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting VcsUpdate.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract VcsUpdate.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place VcsUpdate.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 VcsUpdate.dll and press Enter.
