Using the zip or rar file
1.Download VisMasters.WebServices.dll
2.Extract VisMasters.WebServices.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract VisMasters.WebServices.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting VisMasters.WebServices.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract VisMasters.WebServices.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place VisMasters.WebServices.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 VisMasters.WebServices.dll and press Enter.
