Using the zip or rar file
1.Download vccorlib110d.dll
2.Extract vccorlib110d.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract vccorlib110d.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting vccorlib110d.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract vccorlib110d.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place vccorlib110d.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 vccorlib110d.dll and press Enter.
