Using the zip or rar file
1.Download vd3dN.dll
2.Extract vd3dN.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract vd3dN.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting vd3dN.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract vd3dN.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place vd3dN.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 vd3dN.dll and press Enter.
