Using the zip or rar file
1.Download vecsym.dll
2.Extract vecsym.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract vecsym.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting vecsym.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract vecsym.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place vecsym.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 vecsym.dll and press Enter.
