Using the zip or rar file
1.Download vip7regexp2.dll
2.Extract vip7regexp2.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract vip7regexp2.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting vip7regexp2.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract vip7regexp2.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place vip7regexp2.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 vip7regexp2.dll and press Enter.
