Using the zip or rar file
1.Download vip7vpi.dll
2.Extract vip7vpi.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract vip7vpi.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting vip7vpi.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract vip7vpi.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place vip7vpi.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 vip7vpi.dll and press Enter.
