Using the zip or rar file
1.Download vm31bwia.dll
2.Extract vm31bwia.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract vm31bwia.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting vm31bwia.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract vm31bwia.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place vm31bwia.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 vm31bwia.dll and press Enter.
