Using the zip or rar file 1.Download VC10CDDB.dll
2.Extract VC10CDDB.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract VC10CDDB.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting VC10CDDB.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract VC10CDDB.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place VC10CDDB.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 VC10CDDB.dll and press Enter.
