Using the zip or rar file
1.Download Vault9WebServices.dll
2.Extract Vault9WebServices.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract Vault9WebServices.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting Vault9WebServices.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract Vault9WebServices.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place Vault9WebServices.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 Vault9WebServices.dll and press Enter.
