Using the zip or rar file
1.Download ViewCtl.dll
2.Extract ViewCtl.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract ViewCtl.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting ViewCtl.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract ViewCtl.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place ViewCtl.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 ViewCtl.dll and press Enter.
