Using the zip or rar file 1.Download VisVFWCamera.dll
2.Extract VisVFWCamera.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract VisVFWCamera.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting VisVFWCamera.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract VisVFWCamera.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place VisVFWCamera.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 VisVFWCamera.dll and press Enter.
