Using the zip or rar file
1.Download vc9extse.dll
2.Extract vc9extse.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract vc9extse.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting vc9extse.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract vc9extse.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place vc9extse.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 vc9extse.dll and press Enter.
