Using the zip or rar file 1.Download vp3MPU.dll
2.Extract vp3MPU.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract vp3MPU.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting vp3MPU.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract vp3MPU.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place vp3MPU.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 vp3MPU.dll and press Enter.
