Using the zip or rar file
1.Download vssdw.dll
2.Extract vssdw.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract vssdw.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting vssdw.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract vssdw.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place vssdw.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 vssdw.dll and press Enter.
