Using the zip or rar file
1.Download ZJ10Tender.dll 1.0.0.86
2.Extract ZJ10Tender.dll 1.0.0.86 from .zip. We recommend that you extract ZJ10Tender.dll 1.0.0.86 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting ZJ10Tender.dll 1.0.0.86.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract ZJ10Tender.dll 1.0.0.86 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place ZJ10Tender.dll 1.0.0.86 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 ZJ10Tender.dll 1.0.0.86 and press Enter.
