Using the zip or rar file
1.Download ZResources.dll 3.7.4.6985
2.Extract ZResources.dll 3.7.4.6985 from .zip. We recommend that you extract ZResources.dll 3.7.4.6985 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting ZResources.dll 3.7.4.6985.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract ZResources.dll 3.7.4.6985 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place ZResources.dll 3.7.4.6985 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 ZResources.dll 3.7.4.6985 and press Enter.
