Using the zip or rar file
1.Download zemmback.dll 24.0 Build 63
2.Extract zemmback.dll 24.0 Build 63 from .zip. We recommend that you extract zemmback.dll 24.0 Build 63 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting zemmback.dll 24.0 Build 63.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract zemmback.dll 24.0 Build 63 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place zemmback.dll 24.0 Build 63 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 zemmback.dll 24.0 Build 63 and press Enter.
