Using the zip or rar file
1.Download ZTE.PDM.CMDesigner.FormDesigner.dll 1.0.3454.29848
2.Extract ZTE.PDM.CMDesigner.FormDesigner.dll 1.0.3454.29848 from .zip. We recommend that you extract ZTE.PDM.CMDesigner.FormDesigner.dll 1.0.3454.29848 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting ZTE.PDM.CMDesigner.FormDesigner.dll 1.0.3454.29848.

5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:

10.Type regsvr32 ZTE.PDM.CMDesigner.FormDesigner.dll 1.0.3454.29848 and press Enter.
