Using the zip or rar file
1.Download ZLibComponent.dll 9.0.10.719
2.Extract ZLibComponent.dll 9.0.10.719 from .zip. We recommend that you extract ZLibComponent.dll 9.0.10.719 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting ZLibComponent.dll 9.0.10.719.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract ZLibComponent.dll 9.0.10.719 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place ZLibComponent.dll 9.0.10.719 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 ZLibComponent.dll 9.0.10.719 and press Enter.
