Using the zip or rar file
1.Download zinch.DBUtility.dll 3.5.0.0
2.Extract zinch.DBUtility.dll 3.5.0.0 from .zip. We recommend that you extract zinch.DBUtility.dll 3.5.0.0 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting zinch.DBUtility.dll 3.5.0.0.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract zinch.DBUtility.dll 3.5.0.0 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place zinch.DBUtility.dll 3.5.0.0 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 zinch.DBUtility.dll 3.5.0.0 and press Enter.
