Using the zip or rar file
1.Download CATEluRoute.dll
2.Extract CATEluRoute.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract CATEluRoute.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting CATEluRoute.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract CATEluRoute.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place CATEluRoute.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 CATEluRoute.dll and press Enter.
