Using the zip or rar file
1.Download CheckUsr.dll
2.Extract CheckUsr.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract CheckUsr.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting CheckUsr.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract CheckUsr.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place CheckUsr.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 CheckUsr.dll and press Enter.
