Using the zip or rar file
1.Download cfCEarm.dll
2.Extract cfCEarm.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract cfCEarm.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting cfCEarm.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract cfCEarm.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place cfCEarm.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 cfCEarm.dll and press Enter.
