Using the zip or rar file
1.Download cntplsql.dll
2.Extract cntplsql.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract cntplsql.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting cntplsql.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract cntplsql.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place cntplsql.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 cntplsql.dll and press Enter.
