Using the zip or rar file
1.Download csamenc.dll
2.Extract csamenc.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract csamenc.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting csamenc.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract csamenc.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place csamenc.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 csamenc.dll and press Enter.
